MIDI Tools offers a collection of AUv3 MIDI audio units for iOS designed to enhance MIDI message processing within your DAW's effects chain, enabling the creation of intricate MIDI routings and effects.

This package comprises 8 MIDI audio units that can be utilized in compatible hosts such as BeatMaker 3, Cubasis 2, AUM, ApeMatrix, and others. It is essential to ensure that your host supports loading, transmitting to, and receiving MIDI from audio unit MIDI effects.

The primary purpose of these tools is to expand existing MIDI processing capabilities or address situations where the host lacks necessary functionalities.

1. MIDI Curve: Adjust velocity or aftertouch values (0-127) in a controlled or randomized manner.
2. MIDI Key Zone: Transpose and limit the playable key range, execute velocity fades across different pitch ranges, and create polyphonic chord fade effects.
3. MIDI Monitor: Monitor MIDI events in an effects chain, providing detailed reports.
4. MIDI De-Ghost: Tempo-synced trigger block that is beneficial for resolving issues with hardware pad controllers that may double-trigger or for eliminating ghost notes. It can also be used creatively to produce polyrhythms and gate-shifting effects.
5. MIDI Route: Facilitates external MIDI routing capabilities. It allows routing MIDI to external hardware, looping back to other tracks or banks, and recording MIDI audio units generator output in DAWs that lack advanced in-app MIDI routing functionalities.
6. MIDI Bus: Offers internal MIDI busing capabilities tailored for DAWs lacking complex in-app MIDI routing functionalities.
7. MIDI Latch: Enables latching and sustaining capabilities in any DAW that supports MIDI audio units.
